Responsibility for Providing Size

Providing size is the responsibility of the customers. You can either get your exact size from your ex-tailor, or you can measure yourself (refer to our size guide videos).

Order Processing

Orders are served on a first-come, first-served basis. We rely on our AI-powered algorithm to process orders. Your order might go on the waiting list.

Advance Payment

To process your order, we require 50% of the total amount calculated at checkout as an advance payment.

Order Cancellation Before Pickup

You can cancel your order before pickup. Once the pickup is complete, your order can not be canceled.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund (“transit charges might be deducted”).

Pickup or Delivery Issues

Pickup or Delivery may be affected by transit issues, if any.
